Searching for suitable journal to publish your work?

I stumbled upon this website when I was looking for the abbreviation for a very elusive journal title. I've been looking from Google Scholar, ISSN, Web ISI, research & publication website of several universities etc .. still cannot find it. Even an inquiry made to the publisher of the journal went unanswered.

I tried my luck again today and with only ONE search attempt (using the trusted Google), I found the answer from JournalSeek.

Last Friday during Prof. Felix Tan's talk (who came visiting from AUT), he mentioned about doing a background search when one is planning to submit a paper to a journal. Understanding the journal objectives, scope and coverage can play a very significant role in securing a positive feedback (well, of course there are many other reasons beside that). Using JournalSeek can help us do that I suppose.
